Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ArtificialBarber. By creating an account, starting a checkout, completing a payment, activating a subscription, or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

ArtificialBarber provides AI-generated hairstyle consultation previews for professional barbers and salons. The service is a visual consultation aid only; results are generated by artificial intelligence and are not guaranteed to be exact, error-free, or suitable for every client.

A paid subscription is required to upload client photos and generate analyses. Subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to the payment method provided through Stripe. You may cancel future renewals from your billing dashboard or Stripe customer portal; cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges or already-used billing periods unless required by law or approved by us.

You are responsible for the photos, prompts, and client information you upload. You must have the appropriate consent and legal right from each client before uploading their photo or sharing generated results. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.

Each account is independent. You may only access your own dashboard, clients, analyses, galleries, downloads, and billing information. Attempting to bypass quotas, access another account, abuse share links, scrape the service, reverse engineer the platform, or overload the system is prohibited.

You retain responsibility for your business decisions, client communications, and use of generated images. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ArtificialBarber is not liable for indirect, incidental, lost-profit, reputational, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We do not sell your data and we do not use client photos to train third-party models. Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, infringe third-party rights, create legal risk, or attempt to abuse the service. For questions write to legal@artificialbarber.com.
